INGREDIENTS: raspberry leaf, spearmint, lemongrass, nettle leaf, oat straw, strawberry leaf
NOTE: this tea is a modification of a recipe by Rosemary Gladstar, who is an experienced herbalist. I made the original version for an herbal lesson because my daughter was pregnant. Her friend wound up loving it and drank it throughout her pregnancy. I only keep small quantities of this tea on hand and will make more upon request.
